Hey!
I also find that using Pure Coconut water is great! You can get it at whole foods or Lassens. A good brand is Zico or Vita Coco. It is pure with no additives and the coconut is at its peak level of Potassium electrolytes. Its great for hydration. I watched the Super Bowl this year and the players had bananas and water to stay hydrated. I think it would have been allot easier if they were drinking the Coconut Water with way more potassium than one banana. Anyway I love your blog and I read it all the time! Great site too!
